The reason I ask this is that when I initially started out with my internet marketing line of business I was struggling to build a list. This is the most important step in an internet business. If you ask any internet marketing guru they will tell you that you need a big opt in list to succeed online. If you are still struggling to develop a large list then I am going to go through some free methods that you can use. You may be advertising already, but not getting the results that you need.
So let us first look at some of the reasons that your current advertising efforts may not be working. Your squeeze page is not converting enough visitors into subscribers. You need to have a conversion of at least twenty percent. Change your headlines or copy to improve your conversion. You may be advertising in the wrong places. You need very targeted traffic to get sales. I have found that ppc and email advertising to a targeted niche market works best.
So let us look at my favourite method of building my list without any money. I use article marketing as a strong base for my internet business. I do advertise, but by having such a strong base my business is very stable. I choose a topic and write articles focused on that topic and submit my articles to the major article directories.
So let us look at the process in detail of how I build my list. The articles that I write get picked up by the search engines driving highly qualified traffic to my articles. When a reader visits my link in bio they get directed to my squeeze page where I offer them a free report in exchange for their name and email address building my opt in list.
